Originally from Hamilton, Richard lives in Truro with his wife, Donna and enjoys the connection with nature and the pace of life in Nova Scotia. A self-taught artist, he has worked with oils, watercolour, and acrylics. He set his brushes aside to pursue his career in carpet design and development, but never stopped visiting galleries and appreciating all forms of artristic expression. Now retired, Richard is rediscovering the joys of painting. He uses his computer skills for illustrative art that appears in local publications.
