Neil Fisher is a retired Professor of English from the Nova Scotia Teachers College. Although teaching was his profession, cartooning has been a life-long interest. His cartoons and caricatures appeared in various college publications and at special faculty events, and they enhanced his classroom. For over twenty five years he has taught children cartooning and given workshops in the schools of the province.
