Jo-Ann’s bronze pieces have been sold at juried shows such as the Harness Tracks of America Art Show and Auction in Kentucky as well as the Alberta Racing Corporation and the Western Heritage Centre. For several years, she has worked closely with the Alberta Standardbred Horse Association to create the End of Year Awards and the Breeders Stakes trophies. In 2002, she was featured in the trotting magazine “Hoofbeats” for her contribution to harness racing art. Among her awards are ribbons for Special Excellence in 2005 and 2007 for her pieces at the Harness Tracks of America Art Show and in 1998, she won an honourable mention at the Canadian Wildlife and Animal Art Group Juried show.
